YASH KSHATRIYA filed complaint against BSNL Broadband on May 11, 2019
I have applied for connection ** days back on BSNL online platform. I get a call from BSNL customer care for confirming by request. Final was agreed upon and assured me that it would be set up in * days. After ** days today when I went to the local BSNL office, the executives there said that my location is not feasible as they don't have cables put up. My home is * km from their nearest setup of Ftth. They rejected my connection because BSNL workers don't want to work hard and put cables for my connection alone. A customer is a customer after all. Service has to be given. It's not my mistake that my surrounding people are not aware of BSNL Ftth service. It is BSNL job to promote their service and make people opt for it.
