I have been using Airtel Broad Band since the past * years. Since then I am facing a lot of frequent disconnection. every other day engineer used to visit. After complaining they kept saying that once fiber connection is available in my area the internet issue will be resolved. And now from last one month *-* times airtel employee came to my house and still I am waiting my connection to be upgraded from copper to Fiber. This is very frustrating. I am not able to work. I faced so many losses due to this, and the monthly bill keeps on generating every month.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
