I have booked a hotel in Gir through MMT in Daskh resort and amusement park dated **th oct to **th oct. Booking no. NH************* booked in name of Sandeep Patnaik. We reached the hotel on **th at **:**pmand found the hotel had not have minimum facilities in room. Next morning we left that hotel. And applied for cancellation. It was a MMT recomended hotel. MMT had taken Rs***** fir * nights but returned only Rs ***** resulting in loss of Rs ***** for a dirty substandard room. Construction was going on near my room and outside workers were present. With two children I was not feeling safe in that hotel.
I found that in hotel web site the actual room rent differ from MMT. In hotel site it is half what MMT taking from us.
I experinced mental harressment for the fault of MMT. MMT is not checking hotels before recomending.
I face financial loss due to MMT as it is cheating in price of room and than taking cancellatuin charge.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
