Hi, I purchased the boat vertex smartwatch and am extremely dissatisfied with the product as the UI is extremely slow and the android software is not even compatible with the latest android versions. I had requested a return and they have picked it up but then the customer service says they dont do refunds only replacement. Please help i do not want to be stuck with a mediocre product
