I purchased a sandal of brand metro from TataCLiQ on **th July. The product was received on **rd July. When I opened the packet, the product seemed fine. So I was all assure of its quality because of brand metro and TataCLiQ. After *-* days I felt like wearing these. But to my surprise within * days of usage, the material of foot bed started tearing up. I immediately placed a return request for picture of product. Now after ** days of regular following they tell me that product cannot be refunded or returned as I have used it. But the quality of product is discovered after usage of *-* days only
