Hi I am Padmashree , shopped a gown in clothing heart online shopping page via Facebook ......on **th Jan **** order no *********. Hoping so the product would be of a gud quality ...... After receving the product on ** the Jan I learnt that the product is of a bad quality I have ever used. more over ,the product is completely different than the reference picture they have given on the page ...... Being my self a law student couldn't keep quiet neglecting the issue as this is a matter on consumer rights while shopping through a e-commerce. I request to take necessary action .
