Complaint is against the bad quality furniture(bed and Sofa cum bed) delivered by the vendor. It started with the delivery of the *st item i.e. bed, wherein local vendor was there at my place for * hours as there was some money dispute with the Nice Maple. Bed was in a bad shape and i told them to replace it but they said it would take few days (replacement is not done yet). When second product was delivered, again there were some manufacturing defects for which carpenter came and did the repair work but the issue was not resolved completely. with only * month usage, entire frame of the sofa got damaged and after calling them multiple times (*-* representatives for over **+ calls), it seems that they have blocked my number. I have all the pictures/emails/screenshots of all the communications. Not just monetarily but it's a mental harassment forced by these vendors which made me felt bad as i trusted them being a new age company.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
