No action was taken on the same to provide the resolution for the issue highlighted.
The seller has used low quality foam material for the manufacturing of the sofa which started sagging in * months from the purchase of the same.
Had you guys had the intent to help me you would have got a carpenter visit done for the issue highlighted. There has been NO carpenter visit ( no physical check has been done ). Everything has been denied over the phone and email.
The case has been closed by the case manager assigned. This is the biggest loophole in your support system.
I have informed the lady who called me that I am taking this case in CONSUMER COURT which she is happy to deal with there. There was no hesitation on the same from her.
The lady who spoke to me on the things that are not covered under warranty and it DOES NOT mention anywhere that if the foam used inside the sofa is of low quality, then the warranty will not cover it.
This is one of the worst experiences that I have had with pepperfry and would request you to personally look into this before you lose a genuine customer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
