Zudio - Bad quality clothes

Dear Zudio Help Team,

I recently made a purchase from your Zudio store at Dabolim, Goa. I bought a women’s coord set, with each piece (top and pant) priced at Rs. ***.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. I wore the set just once, and the pant’s stitching opened up during the very first use. Additionally, after the first wash, the threads started coming out excessively and a large amount of lint was collected in the washing machine.

It is disheartening to spend on clothes only to experience such poor quality. I request a refund or a voucher of the same amount, so I can purchase something else in exchange. If needed, I am willing to return the original product, as it is now completely unusable.

Please look into this matter and advise me on the next steps.
