I purchased a new cooler from Flipkart on */*/**. It delivered to me on */*/**. At the same day, I started using it. It was going on good for the first few days. Then on **/*/**, I saw water spray coming out from the front (fan/blower) side. I file a return request on Flipkart on **/*/**. After it, the technician arrived at my room and checked it. He told me it sometimes happens in the rainy season and fills water with pipe instead of a bucket. The response was given by him to the company that issue resolved. At that night I fill water using the pipe as the technician suggested me to do. But the next day, the same problem arises again. The return request placed on **/*/**. The same technician alloted * times. I call customer care of Flipkart. They changed the technician when I forced them too much. The different technician came and trying to make me fool without even touching cooler. He started telling that first start pump then start fan with slow speed than mid then high speed and went away. Every time technician report that issues resolved. But till date, I am facing the same issue and yesterday was the last date of the return policy. Yesterday they removed the refund option from app-only replacement option. But again the same technician alloted. Flipkart and this company named Jeeves (technician came) are making fool of consumers. Selling bad products not resolving the issue and then return policy over after ** days you cannot do anything.
