I have tried to withdraw the amount from Axis ATM using HDFC bank, but suddenly because of the power shortage the atm got switched off, but my account debited with the amount *** from Hdfc bank. When I try to call Hdfc bank it is the long automated response I receive. Whenever I try to connect customer care executive the call is being disconnected, which is irritating. I received a message saying the amount is reversed for your unsuccessful transaction but still the amount is not transferred. Even the customer care is not responding, while executive taking the call how the call is being disconnected. I need answers from Hdfc for this. Disconnecting customers call is very bad.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
