My wifi keeps on getting disconnected. I have raised a complaint after raising *-* tickets. One of the executives came and replaced the modem but the problem didn't get resolved. I have raised another ticket and I got a call when I was in the meeting and I couldn't answer the call and the next minute I get a message stating ticket has been closed. I have tried to contact Hathway customer care and I have waited for *-* minutes for the executive to answer the call but no one has attended the call. I have tried all the customer care numbers and none of them got connected.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
