Toothsi - Bad customer service and no refund from company

They made me book the package for teeth aligners. But there is no response from their end after that. I asked for refund, they said refund not possible but i asked for partial refund and they said they said they will arrange callback. No one called. Then when I called again they said they will raise a ticket for my case and they will reach out to within ** hours. I waited, no one called. So i called to check again and then they said they have mo record of incident and production started since **-** days, nothing can be done. Please ask them to refund me the required amount.
