MANINDERPAL SINGH filed complaint against Netplus Broadband on Apr 13, 2023
I have been using Netplus from last one year. Several times the internet stopped working, and to solve the issue, i have to call agents several times. Three times my customer id is blocked because of these agents who take money and do not recharge the account because they use money for other things. Recently one of the pathetic agent told me that my Modem is having some problem and we need to change it. So he got ****rs from me and without changing modem, he has solved the problem. What a shit???? After about one month, same problem arise and I asked him to solve it. BUt now he is not picking the call and does not reply message. I asked him in a message to refund the amount and cut the connection. but no response yet. More surprisingly i called customer care of netplus. Haha funny they are. they say we can't do any thing in this matter. You have to talk to your local service provider.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
