Dear Sir,
I feel sorry and pained to bring a very small issue to your notice. I am a very small customer of MMT and use MMT for my family travel purpose.
Recently I had taken a trip to Delhi and had a cab booked through MMT. I had the worst experience of my life.
I had to spent * hr ** mnts outside Airport with no cab even though I called the cab ** mnts before scheduled time. The cab never arrived even after talking to MMT care without break for ** mnts. I was totally drenched in my sweat and my wife was just red with anger. I travelled to attend a family function and had to miss it due late arrival. I had to bear the severe brunt of missing it. My entire experience is written in my complaint to MMT. Even now MMT is not responding with a resolution. My entire trip was waste of time because MMT was not able to arrange cab on time despite advance booking. The driver was not even informed that I am landing at T * terminal. Today I came to know through MMT escalation that the cab had broken down and they did not want me to know about it.
What a pity that I was told the cab is arriving in ** mnts till they changed * cabs and did not even tell me the cab number which arrived at the end.
The cab driver took detour twice to fill gas (Not sure why twice) then charged me for * extra kms. And did not have change of *** when I gave him **** and when I arranged **** he did not pay the balance.
MMT customer care people are so adamant that they do not want to listen to the customer voice and force pre-decided resolution on me. Whether I agree or not.
I am a loyal customer of MMT but looks like MMT does not want to bother about a small customer. Anyway MMT has so many of them and losing one will make no difference.
I am sincerely hoping for a response.
