Netflix india - autopay option needs to be stopped

I have been trying to make payment or pay bills using my SBI UPI id registered with Amazonpay, but I am not able to make payment as it it is getting failed always. Even I am not able to deregister as it is showing message as there is an autopay set for Netflix subscription. There is an option in Amazonpay to pause/delete autopay option. This is also failing. I was told to contact Netflix to remove autopay option in my account. But they are still frauds they can't delete it untill I will pay for new subscription by selecting other method of autopay option which I don't want to do. This Netflix is fraud looting people giving only option of auto payment. There is no manual payment at all. And we can't take membership of this fraud Netflix account temporarily by using manual payment. This looting by Netflix should be stopped and auto pay option should should be optional not compulsory.
