Vodafone And Idea VI - Auto activates VAS without my pemission

In past several months, the VAS from Vodafone is automatically activated and amount of **.**rs for caller tune and **rs for Mazaa Games have been deducted from my main balance. Since I am on international roaming it charges me extra every single time to send request to turn off the service which at first place I have not even activated. Total cost for me is almost ***rs. This is plain harassments. How can a carrier activate service without my permission? I don't want caller tunes or don't have time to play stupid games. This phone stays in my drawer so there is no way for someone to activate the service without my permission. This is scam from Vodaone India to loot from customers. I do not want any other VAS now or in near future.
