I have ordered a mobile realmi * pro with the Flipkart on **.**.****. However since i was out of town i requested them to delivery me two days later. They also confirmed me by message that they would delivery by **.**.**** . due to their assurance I sold my phone redmi * on **.**.**** in evening and i was to collect the phone on ** itself morning. suddenly i received a messsage that my product has been cancelled and amount refunded.
i am now without mobile and the mobile I had purchased is canceelled without my notice that of sudden.
this is unfair trade practice of the Flipkart
They should have intimated me that if i do not collect on so and so date
suddenly they have done the illegal act
I have ordered the phone becaue they gave me the offer.
now the phone is not in offer
