Paytm Mall - Atta package was sealed by paytmmall tape, non usable product has been sent.

After knowing package was not in good condition they sent food item without remark. package delivered was sealed by red paytmmall tape, when open package it was fully powdered and a Black Lizard move out. for further complain auto replying that T&C was non returnable/replacement. it was not mentioned anywhere that it is in damaged package.
