i rahul garg i have a account in punjab national bank branch dirba with account no. ****************
incident happen on *:**pm date **-**-****.as i recieved a sms from pnb bank stated *****/rs debited from my account.i hurried check my atm card, i found in my wallet lying with me. it was a shock that when i have a atm card with me who else has withdraw *****/- amount from my account.then checked my account online and it stated that the amount was withdraw from atm in circular road pnb branch atm rewari(haryana)as a proof i attached the copy of my passbook and the debited message i recieved. after all this i registered a complaint with a bank around a **:**pm and next day on **-**-**** i filed a complaint in pnb branch dirba but no satisfactory reply came from branch.
all of this has made me very disappointed about this incident nobody is there to help me
