Girraj Nath filed complaint against Hdfc bank on Jan 29, 2019
My name is Girraj Nath. I have an account in Hdfc Bank . My account number is ************** . On **th November **** , i tried to withdraw ***** rupees from atm of Oriental Bank of Commerce but Atm machine did not dispensed cash and my account got debited by ***** rupees .
I requested in my branch of Hdfc bank and customer care also but they did not refund my money . I also made complaint to Managing director and Nodal officer of hdfc bank . Nodal officer sent a letter on my registered address in which they mentioned that my money will refund on **December **** . But they did not refund my money. I am suffering by medical issues from last * years and i don't have any source of income.
Please help me in get back my money refund.
