Kent - Assemble duplicate product

On **th November **** i search Kent service center number. I found a number and called him, he told me that he is from Kent, After changing all * filters he cost Rs. ****/- I paid him by cash, I believe him for Kent products, when he is gone i check he assembles duplicate product. He is from Safe water Solution (N-***A, *nd Floor, Latika Park Laxmi Nagar Delhi -**) Help line number **********, ********** (This address i found from the bill he provided. Bill number is *****). Now i call them several time some times they pick my call and ask we changed it in * - * days but they never come to change, most of the time they not pick my call. Please punish them for this cheating of several customers like me. and ask them to assembled original product on my RO.
