Respected Sir/ Madam
I booked gas cylinder through online on **.**.**** and made payment of the bill amount Rs.***.** on same day. That payment was successful. Then cylinder rate Rs.** was hiked on **.**.****. Now the agency asking the extra amount while delivery time. I was complaint to customer care but they said delivery time rate is final. They did not mention this condition when I pay online. So kindly take action this issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
