Zunroof Tech Private Limited Gurgaon Haryana - Asking 100 payment without completing installation

Equipment Quality & Installation Defects: The vendor’s claim of replacing only one solar panel is a diversion. They have completely ignored my reports of a faulty inverter and a structural assembly consisting of multiple welded joints instead of BOLTED structure. Furthermore, they have failed to address the significant project delays, which should have been completed by June ****.Installation vs. Commissioning Discrepancy: The vendor is now retroactively using the term "installation" while previously claiming the project was "commissioned." Without Net Metering and full system commissioning, it is impossible to verify if the system is functional or generating power.Payment & Loan Deadlock: Zunroof is demanding ***% payment before initiating Net Metering. However, as this project is funded via a solar loan, the bank refuses to release the final disbursement until the system is fully commissioned and operational. The vendor’s refusal to complete the process is the sole cause of this payment deadlock.Serious Allegations of Forgery: The vendor has failed to respond to allegations regarding document forgery. I am prepared to file a police case regarding this matter. Despite my continued cooperation over several months, the vendor has shown zero willingness to resolve these grievances.Requested Outcome:I request urgent intervention to direct Zunroof Tech Pvt Ltd to:Immediately complete the Net Metering and commissioning process.Provide reimbursement/compensation for the significant delay in project completion.Verify the system functionality so that final payments can be processed by the bank.
