i have booked the flights for srinagar from mumbai payings the exact amount asked for, after that the transation was showing in process stage, few minutes after i got a call from * executive stating the airlines has increased the price of the tickets and you need to pay **** rupess extra to get the PNR number and confirm the booking, this is a fraud and i haven't read the reviews before booking that was my fault. Now they said they have cancelled the booking and you will get the money after ** days, this is soo long and the reviews says after *months also people has not received their money back.
I hope i will get justice and get my money back ASAP. Please help me.
