Kaveri filed complaint against Tata Sky on Apr 20, 2019
I had subscribed for an annual package that is valid till June ****. Although as per new TRAI regulation customers of long duration packs will continue with the same service for the said duration (unless customer expresses interest for change in the package), my package was changed. Now my package is valid only till April last week. This is a clear violation of TRAI regulations. Also, there was not effort made from tata sky to confirm this change with the customer. Moreover, Tata sky customer care is not willing to register this as a complaint and considers its feedback.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
