FREECHARGE.IN - Amount was LOST

SHARAD VATS filed complaint against FREECHARGE.IN on Jan 21, 2017

i have added *****Rs in freecharge wallet and after certain time i transferred this amount to my Bank account in four transaction multiple of ****Rs.But on transaction of Rs ****was not successful and the amount was not transferred to my bank account.Now freecharge neighter transferring my **** Rs into my bank account and nor transfer to my freecharge wallet.
