like daily I started accepting payment on my bharatpe QR. but after receiving some payment customers show me a successful screenshot of the payment. The amount wasn't reflected in my BP account. after some time I found my account is blocked. Even Bharatpe didn't send any notification or any type of mail or call and nothing did to inform me about account blocking. after. so for checking also paid *rs to bharatpe and it's also not reflected in my bp account. but the problem started after some time I got refunded my *rs. and bharat pe returned all the successful payments on my BP Qr to the customers without asking and notifying me of anything. I will go to consumer court. If I don't get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
