Pallabi Biswas filed complaint against Travellook on May 11, 2021
I booked a flight from chennai to delhi and did the payment and just after * mint a call come from the company stating that the flight has been cancelled and it was right there with the same price I booked the ticket right after when I checked again. The executive assured me that the amount will be given back with in **-** days but it's been ** days, still nothing happened. I mailed them no response, I called them no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
