Cred app - Amount paid but amount being shown overdue for SBI credit card

I am a bonafide user of app cred . In my SBI credit card no amount is overdue for payment but in the app thoday ime *th October **** an amount of INR **,***/- is being shown overdue which is to be paid . If I don't pay It might adversely affect my cibil personal score .
Please look into the matter seriously and expedite in resolving my issues .

Cred App – Cred Payment is not processed to the bankClosed
