The order has been placed and the amount is paid via google pay. That order has been declined. So, I placed the same order using 'try again' option and again I paid for the order. This time the order has been confirmed. To know the refund status of the declined order I called to customer care but no one is responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
