While Placing order using Mobikwik wallet, *st time the Amount was debited and order was not placed, I thought there's a Network issue and tried again for the same order and again Money Deducted but order was not placed.
Upon contacting Myntra, they say order was not placed because Myntra didn't receive money and they told me to check with Mobikwik or Payment Gateway. In my Mobikwik wallet the Statement clearly shows that Amount was debited for MYNTRA PVT LTD, Myntra customer care is too bad and i had to call or chat everyday and the agents asked to wait for **hours and closed my tickets as Resolved, However after **hours I called Myntra again and the agent says it's not an Issue with Myntra it's an issue with Mobikwik after a heated conversation the agent put me with the Supervisor and this Supervisor say's they don't have any access to check with the Payment Gateway and it's Mobikwik Gateway which deducted Money, Upon insisting the supervisor told the Payment Gateway is Tekprocess i need to contact either the Gateway or Mobikwik, I have also raised a complaint with Mobikwik and the Customer care says the ticket is still in Progress. I'm not sure where my Money is.
