Few days back, on **th June ****, i tried to book flight ticket from Jaipur to Hyderabad. It went till the payment page, and the amount got detected from the bank, but it never reflected in the App. Then i called customer support, and they assured me that the amount will be reverted in my bank in ** hours. But now it's been * months and the amount has not been refunded. I mailed them numerous times, almost ** emails to and fro and till now no satisfactory answer from their side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
