Tara verma filed complaint against Union Bank of India on Mar 30, 2019
I am from Panipat. I am having the account in union bank of India. On the *th of October, I have registered a complaint about the deduction of my ***** amount of ATM. I did the transaction but unfortunately, that was unsuccessful. But after ** mins I got a message from union bank side that ***** was debited from my account. I called so many times on helpline number, but I'm not finding any solution or refund of my amount so far. All the time Bank people asked me to wait for time to do the things. I did emails, phone calls and visited so many times to the bank branch. They told me to fill the pre-arbitration form. I did that also. But still, there is no refund of my amount which is *****. It has been * months now & Bank people are saying that there is no guarantee of a refund. I am not that I can let it go after all I am a middle-class person. Now I understood as a middle-class person can't opt this pathetic bank. As a girl, I am helpless in this situation. Kindly look into it and help me with this.
