Naveen filed complaint against Medlife on Apr 24, 2021
I have returned a product to medlife on **rd march ****. They told me that amount will be credited to my medlife wallet and I can transfer the same to my bank account but my wallet balance was showing zero. I called regarding the same, they told me to reinstall the app and I did it but of no use as it was zero again. Then they told me to give bank account details so that they will directly transfer from their side and I gave it. I again called after few days as there was no message for me regarding transaction they told me that return is not confirmed by the ware house. From ** days I am regularly calling medlife but there is zero support from them. It's been more than a month I have returned the product but they are making me a fool by just blaming the warehouse and not returning the money. Please help me out in getting my money back in these tough times.
