Myflowerapp Com - Amount not refunded

I placed an order on Oct ****, it was inside area and i verified by the pincode & i called them to confirm on the same. Then i placed the order for Oct **th and Oct **th , it was * cakes and flower bouquet for my husband. These ppl called me on **th evening around *pm IST and told the cake & flower bouquet will not be delivered, i asked them whether **th order will get delivered, they said yes . Again same just before *hour of the delivery time they called and told me same thing cant deliver.
Had a fight and then they gave me coupons for the order amount and asked me to use it for next order.
on Oct **th i tried placing order and none of the coupons are working.. its asking me to place order for the higher amount, i placed still those coupon did not work, from then i am not able to reach them on mobile.. So dropped mail asking details with screenshot. Till now i did not get any proper update from them nor my money.
I request myflowerapp team to refund money to bank not as a coupon or something which is not worth at all.
THEY SAY IF NOT DELIVERED THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED , BUT NOTHING THEY WILL GIVE. JUST FOR MARKETING THEY USE THOSE WORDS.
#please post this in google review, so that ppl will be aware and not get cheated by these kind of fraud people.
