Purchased An Eyeglass Worth Rs.*,***/- On *th Oct ****. But Product Was Not Upto The Mark. So I Returned The Product. They Called Me For The Reply Of Their E-Mail In Which They Asked For Bank Details For The Refund So I Replied With All The Details And They Assured Me That Within * Business Days It Will Be Credited In My Account. I have also mailed a reminder mail in this regard for which they replied But Till Today I:e *th Dec **** There Is Not Any Action Has Been Taken In This Regard. Please Ask The Concerned Person To Refund My Amount Asap.
