Purchased an eyeglass worth Rs.*,***/- on *th Oct ****. But product was not upto the mark. So I returned the product. They called me for the reply of their e-mail in which they asked for bank details for the refund so I replied with all the details and they assured me that within * business days it will be credited in my account. But till today i:e **th Nov **** there is not any action has been taken in this regard. Please ask the concerned person to refund my amount asap.
