We had returned an item of ***/-. **Rs was returned in the meesho credit and pending ***/- has not yet been refunded. We have raised and followed up the complaint many times but the complaint is not getting resolved.
They payment was made through Phonepe wallet and we have check all accounts where refund could be credited but no where the refund is credited yet.
