Cred App - Amount not refunded on CRED for credit card payment

I have paid my credit card bill for HDFC credit card on CRED app on * th october ****. Till now the payment was not credited to the bank and not refunded also . Despite sending multiple emails and chat boxes no proper repsonse was given.

Cred App – Cred Payment is not processed to the bankClosed
I made a bill payment for my HDFC credit card payment but it was received on the bank end. There is also running a mail with cred app but they are not interested in giving any response about complain ticket.
