Byjus Ias - Amount not refunded Emi not cancel

I got call from byjus counselor her name was juhi she told if you pay **** we will provide books + ** days trail class . So I bought upsc optional subject online program she calls and messages untill I paid ......the process was slightly tricky she asks all my bank details that time I did not activate my ATM card so, she told use your friend card if you are not satisfied I will cancel the program and refund your money on the next day ........this happened **.**.**** but till date she doesn't respond properly they do not provide any class they did not refund but emi starts July please resolve my problem.
