Ravichandran PradeepKumar filed complaint against Happy Easy Go on Mar 22, 2022
This is regarding my travel from Mumbai to Delhi on ** Jan ****. The total amount for * passenger was INR ****. The flight was cancelled by Indigo due to operational issues.
Subsequently, I decided to postpone the flight for one passenger (Kalaivani Rajendran) while for other passenger (Ravichandran Pradeep Kumar) the ticket was cancelled and refund was issued by Indigo.
A separate PNR was created by indigo as refund for one ticket was issued. The total refund amount was INR ****. The amount was refunded to HappyEasy Go on January *rd week.
After continuous follow up and a month later, HappyEasy Go only disbursed INr *** to my account. I have been following up with the customer care service for past two months, but i have not got any response on the pending amount (**** - *** = **** INR). r
I sincerely request you to kindly intervene and assist me in getting my money back with interest.
