I have purchased cloth from Flipkart on **-Sep-**** and have returned on **-Sep-****.
Two items were purchased and were returned. For one I got the refund, but not for other product.
Since September I am doing follow up and they are not refunding amount.
*. Initially flipkart confirmed seller has returned the money, and asked me to check with my Bank.
*. Then I started doing follow up with Bank, and bank confirmed amount is not received . Bank asked to get Transaction reference number from flipkart for amount transferred.
*. Then I started doing follow up from flipkart for transaction reference number which they did not provided.Then I posted complaint on Facebook.
*. Then on *st November, I got call from Mr.Naveen from flipkart that ,till now I was being provided wrong information from flipkart executive. Fact is that seller has not yet initiated the refund of amount.And assured me that I will get refund in ** hours.
*. Then after week got call from another flipkart executive that , seller has refuned in september itself. Then I again asked for Transaction reference number which is not being provided.
