Instamojo - Amount not refund

I ordered *** reams B*B on **th Sept. **** (order No. *****) and another order paper line *** reams and this also the same date, order No. *****. The tax invoice was also generated on RBPS/**-**/***** dated: **-**-**** and another order Tax invoice No. RBPS/**-**/***** dated: **-**-****. Till December **** I did not receive it. I also chatted through the mail, but he is saying - "Your order is on time & will be delivered between **th - **th November **** as committed earlier from our side and the dispatch details also will be shared before **th November. On December **th, ****, I sent a mail - "Already ** days are over, till today you have not sent means what are you working there I don’t know. If you are sending by this week it means I'll wait. Otherwise, cancel my order and pay back my money." They replied - "Ok sir, I will send goods only." He is saying please wait till **th December for the same. I called and said cancel my order and refund the money, they said please send a message mentioning your order no., so I sent the details. They canceled my order on **th December **** and I got a mail regarding the same - "The amount will be credited to the account that you used to pay in **-** business days." I received the next mail on December **th, **** - "Dear Instamojo Team & Customer Due to the Protests, Internet Connectivity of the city was completely down from the past *-** days because of which we were unable to operate. Though the services have been started from today so we are working our best in order to clear the pending refunds. You can expect the payment any day on or before **th January so that you can forward it to the customers. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our part. Wishing You & Your Family a Very Happy & a Prosperous New Year !! Thanks & Regards Atul Verma Senior Head Accounts." I replied to the mail on **th January **** stating, "Sir you did not refund my money till today. I didn't get my refund amount."
