I have tried to book flight tickets on **.**.** from agartala to kolkata but there was a failed transaction and amount got deducted, I haven't received any refund till date, wen contacting their agent always say Just wait for for ** working hr, then another is saying ** working days, everything is past and again they saying to wait but till how much I can wait. I have already send my latest statement of my card also as requested by them * times. Kindly help me regarding this. They are really harassing me
