Sony Playstation - Amount not received for

I have paid Rs.***** on Aug **th **** through my credit card for Sony Play station. I have called and followed up every day and I have been told that I will get the Play station immediately. Waited for almost and finally cancelled on *th sep ****. Till now I have not received the refund though when I call them or whatsapp them they say I get it immediately. In the website it says I will get refund on **st Oct ****. I have to pay interest to my credit card. Please assist in resolving this issue asap.
