Sony Playstation - Account banned without valid reason

On ** February ****, my PS* account had been hacked. I had added * step verification on my account which was very hard to bypass but it did get hacked. When I contacted Sony they told me that they were going to help me and contact me as soon as possible. A week later, I was getting curious about why I was not receiving a reply from them so I wrote another email. To my surprise, they told me that they had permanently banned my account for violating their terms of conditions. When I saw the clause they had forwarded me in the email, it said that a person's account can be banned permanently or temporary. I was banned because my account's security was weak even though I had the strongest security on my account. They then accused me of sharing my account details with someone else, a thing which I would never do under any circumstances. Then I asked them why they had banned my account permanently and not temporarily. They responded with "we can't show it to you, it's an internal process "So I drafted a legal notice some days later. It has been * months and I still haven't got a reply. I had bought the battle pass in a game called fortnight. The battle pass had lots of unlockable rewards and because my account had been permanently banned, I could not earn most rewards. I had also bought loads of digital content on my account which accounted for ₹*****. I want PlayStation to give me my account back as soon as they can. The legal team has been constantly ignoring my legal notice for * months and I have had enough of this. I have suffered a lot from this ban and I also demand compensation from Sony.
