Kanchan Parab filed complaint against CRED App on Apr 5, 2022
I have withdrawn CRED CASH from app for the amount of Rs.***** on **st March ****. The same was sucessfully processed on app and loan agreement generated. But amount was not credited to my axis bank account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
