Amount of Rs. **** transferred to my account is not reflected. I have checked my bank statement. Amount is not received till date. Parimatch is saying they have transferred and provided with UTR no. The UTR No. provided is of ** digit and does not have any bank initials at the start. When I asked for proof of amount transfer they are not providing. My bank has said UTR no. Does not start with digits. Please help in resolving my issue.
