Phone pe - Amount not credited to Receivers ac

On *-oct-**** SBI Sender (occasionally sends/receives) sent rs ****/- to my Axis ac via "Phone-pe". Both Sender Bank and Receiver Bank confirmed about Debited status and Credited Status. Phone pe Support Stating that amount credited. I have statement evidence. Please Assist me how to recover amount ?
